Determining Credits
The Referral Program is designed to give you a FREE month of Internet Service for each individual you refer. However, there are some cases where you will not get a full month credit for your referral. The value of your credit is determined by the DigitalWeb Internet service that the new customer you referred chooses. The exact value is determined by the following:

1. If the customer you referred to DigitalWeb Internet subscribes

  • The same Internet service plan,
  • A higher value service plan:
    * You get a FREE Month!

2. If the customer you referred to DigitalWeb Internet subscribes to

  • A service plan that is a lower price than you currently subscribe to
    * You get a Service Credit equal to the value of the new customer's service plan!
