Q: Can I use my hotmail email address for referrals?
A: No, you must use your DigitalWeb email address.

Q: Can I get all my friends and neighbors to use me as a referral?
A: Yes, there is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. The more the better!

Q: What if my friend forgets to give that information when they register with DigitalWeb?
A: You can get your friend to call us at 1-800-663.5957 to correct the referral information.

Q: What if my referral cancels prior to their 60 days of service?
A: Unfortunately, you won't get your credit. Your referrals must stay a minimum of 60 days for     you to get your credit.

Q: How will I know when my credits have been applied?
A: Each time we apply a credit you will receive a notice via email.

Q: Can I transfer my credits to another account? How about another of my accounts?
A: No, all credits are non-transferable.

Q: I have several pending referral credits and I am closing my account. Can I have them applied     as a lump sum credit?
A: No, all credits will be lost if you close your account. Referral Credits are service credits and     have no cash value.

Q: Can I redeem my credits for cash?
A: No, credits are not redeemable for cash.

Q: As a new customer, can I split my referral between two existing DigitalWeb clients?
A: No, only one Referral Credit is given per new client.

Q: Do Referral Credits ever expire?
A: No, Referral Credits remain on the account until they are used up or the client is closed.
