Who is eligible for the Referral Program?

 

• Only valid DigitalWeb Communications customers who have accounts in good standing can participate in the Referral Program.
   
• Customers must have a valid DigitalWeb e-mail address to participate.

Member Referral Credits

 

• The credits that you receive from the Referral Program are service credits that may only be applied to DigitalWeb Communications charges.
   
• Referral Credits have no cash value.
   
• Referral Credits are not transferable.
   
• Referral Credits are applied to an account 60 days after a new referral is received.
   
• The value of a Referral Credit is calculated in accordance to "Determining Credits" 60 days after a referral is received.
   
• If a new customer leaves DigitalWeb Communications prior to the 60th day, no Referral Credits will be awarded.

Logging a Member Referral Credit

 

• Referral Credits may only be logged during the new customer registration.
   
• Due to the "Freedom of Information and Privacy Act" DigitalWeb Communications will not give out the personal information of any of our customers. Thus, we will be unable to provide you with the personal information of a customer who has identified you as their referrer.
